Champions wearing items??

I think it be fun if in game for certain items like Rabadon's Deathcap Zhonya's Or Boots in general the champion can either be wearing or holding the item. For each one I just listed. Rabadon's, it's on your champs head, zhonyas Champ pulls out hourglass when activated and holds in air while frozen, boots, they are wearing boots. (So Cass can just have a boot on her tail for giggles. This would be able to be turned off in settings or what champions can wear what items or if you want certain champs to be shown wearing items while some aren't and items you just want able to show in general. I think this would be great just to look funny or just add something new to the game because let's be honest. When Garen buys a Sunfire cape Where is it? We see the fire at his feet but the cape itself.

EDIT: I realized I was pretty broad about this Only Fully build items would be visible and only certain champions can be holding certain items. Sorry Garen, but you can not hold a hextech gunblade
