Meep addict bard skin
Just something I think would be hilarious, bard with a urgot needle sticking out of his arm and meeps falling out of the top of it.

eh. they try to fit skin with theme (except for them battlecast and types) so a silly skin would have to be something like a shirt with "brb roaming top" on it.
