New champion (for fun or you can take it serious)

Ok, so I was reading Shen's lore cause I play Shen a lot and it mentioned in Ionia there is a thin passable barrier which spirits or demons can pass through, so I was like it would be cool if they made a spirit champion. It could even be his rival or something since he fights demons and spirits. So I decided to "name" it Seishin the phantom serpent, (he is not the devil...) which is a translation of spirit in Japanese well the seishin part(I know very creative). It would be cool to know your opinions on this. :) Please comment down below

Seishin is a mage.

Abilities: Passive: Instead of using mana, he uses spirits which recharge once every 4 seconds. There are 6 of them in total. He also recharges 1 for minion kills, 3 for assists, and 6 for kills and epic monster kills. Also if he hits an enemy champion with an ability he gets healed for a small amount of health

Q: Peircing fangs He uses 2 of his spirits to bite down on an enemy dealing magic damage and healing him for very small health

W: Uses 5 spirits to turn invisible for 8 seconds and gains movement speed for those 8 seconds

E: Uses 3 spirits to dash. When hitting an enemy champion he drags them for the duration of the dash forwards

R: Spirit unleashed He coils up and begins a 3 second charge. At the end of it a circle of spirtual energy expands and retracts over a period of 3 seconds. Note that he uses ALL his spirits for this move and the more he has when he uses it the more damage it does
