So I keep encountering lvl 30 players in my games. I'm only like lvl 22 so it's not really fair that they destroy my team all the time. It is a normal blind pick game but since I can't play ranked yet, I will get put against lvl 30 players that are "helping" their lower level friends rank up. Is this a punishable offense in league or am I just stuck?

Sucks man, not many new players just many new smurfs :P, has something to do with all the bans being dished out recently.

It just speaks to the amount of new players out there in compared to the older players.
Then again, that level isn't that much of a difference, just the 12 point mastery. The main difference would be in-game experience / knowledge and runes.

Fortunately, getting to 30 is pretty easy these days. I suggest just grinding it out.
