Kyotsue, The Dancing Wind (dancing champion idea)
Yes, I know I probably am necroing something, but I would just really like to relay an idea I thought would be possible to be created into the league as a new champion as we can still use a dance champion that is not just some riven Q'ing... Yasuo dancing through minions or something merely like sona dancing during her music abilities... I would really wish to see someday they make a champion based off of dances. As adept as the best elegant dancers with ki energy. I think this person has described for what a much colourful champ to play as rather than some binary Jhin, Sol, or Taliyah techniques and tactics we saw this far.
No steal intended I'm just relaying this person's post as no one noticed him and no more coments could be made anymore on the post, so then hopefully maybe a red can come across this concept of a true dancing champion, that can do damage by the unique(ly aesthetically) method of dance in stance abilities, like Udyr. And this one sounds like it can dash and outplay ppl than Udyr seeing as he mostly makes contact by right clicks apart from the ranged gunblade and bork. Heck for a mage fighter, this style could even warrant an ultimate skin because the ult is very cool and strong. Maybe called something like Divine Disco Kyotsue, Divine Verse Kyotsue, or Divine Stave Kyotsue... (pun between 'a section of poem or music of a few lines', and the side planks of a [music drum] barrel)

Kyotsue is melee, magic damage assassin who changes stances and relies on combo-ing abilities together for high mobility and area of effect damage. She gracefully dances across the rift with each stance granting bonus effects and active spells.
Passive: Fatal Grace -
Whenever Kyotsue enters a new stance, her next auto attack becomes empowered, dealing 15 X Lvl (+60% AP) bonus magic damage. in addition all of Kyotsue's abilities have bonus effects depending on what stance she's in before casting the spell.
Q ability: Dance of the Serpent -
Cooldown: 10.5 / 9 / 7.5 / 6 / 4.5
Cost: 55/50/45/40 mana
Active: Kyotsue lunges out a linear skill shot that stops at the 1st enemy unit hit, enemies hit are slowed by 40% and take 30/60/90/120/180 (+70% AP) magic damage over 4 seconds. Activating this ability puts Kyotsue in Serpent stance for 10 seconds.
Stance Effect: Kyotsue's Auto Attacks apply poison, dealing 20% of her ability power as bonus magic damage over 2 seconds. continuous attacks refresh the duration of the DOT.
-Wind Stance bonus: this spell has no cost. also Kyotsue gains movement speed equal to the movement speed the enemy unit lost.
-Dragon Stance bonus: this spell travels through units and deals an additional 8% of their missing health as bonus magic damage

Active: Kyotsue gains 40/45/50/55/60% increased movement speed and becomes un-targetable for 1.25 seconds. Activating this ability puts Kyotsue into Wind Stance for 10 seconds.
Stance Effect: Kyotsue is empowered by the wind, giving her 20/25/30/35/40% increased movement speed.
-Serpent Stance bonus: this ability also applies an Area of Effect (AOE) that lingers for 6 seconds after activation, enemy units within the AOE field have their movement speed reduced by 50%
-Dragon Stance bonus: This Ability also deals AOE magic damage equal to base 50 +8% (plus 2 per 100 AP) of the targets maximum health.
AOE range: 250 (self centered on cast)
E Ability: Dance of the Dragon -
Cooldown: 20/18.5/17/15.5/14
Cost: 100 mana
Active: Kyotsue flips through the air and becomes surrounded by magical fire, dealing 65/100/135/170/205 plus 5% (plus 2 per 100 AP) of the targets current health to all enemies in an AOE upon landing. Kyotsue enters Dragon Stance after activation.
Stance Effect: Kyotsue is surrounded by magical fire that deals damage to all enemies around her equal to 30 +9% of the targets missing health as bonus magic damage every 3 seconds or 3 ticks of damage she takes. damage to neutral monsters is increased by 30%.
-Serpent stance bonus: Damage increased by 30%
-Wind Stance bonus: This spell has 30% cost and 1/2 cooldown.
Leap range: 750/1000/1250
Active AOE range: 200
Stance AOE range: 175
R Ultimate: Dance of the Golden Empire -
Cooldown: 90 / 70 / 50 This ability also reduces cost of Q dance per rank.
Cost: 70/100/130 mana
Active: Kyotsue becomes un-targetable, dashing through up to 3 nearby enemies dealing 160/330 /500 (+120 AP) to each enemy hit, Kyotsue returns to the battlefield next to where the 1st enemy struck stands. upon exiting this ability, Kyostue shines gold with light, gaining 35% magic pen to bonus MR for 20 seconds.
I gotta a lot of the inspiration for this character from the house of flying daggers. most notably, this scene.

what do ya guys think? obviously the numbers are more then open to be changed. and this is meant to be a complex champion who uses combos to resemble fluent dancing through combat, a high mobility AOE damage assassin.
