[CLIENT] I can't get to purchase RP by Paypal at all

None of the options in Paypal allow me to progress buying rp as of now. I need to use paypal. Reproducing it:

1. open store orange button
2. press purchase RP button on the left list 3 click Paypal radio button
3. click $35 rp or any of the other options
4. it doesn't work even waiting forever It's bugging me very hard and I don't like it right now as i want to buy the discounted jayce full metal pls notice http://prntscr.com/75hu2o It might be latency
