Give players the option to change profile background?

I thought it was one of the cooler updates with the new client was the profile background that changes depending on your most used champ. However I feel it leaves a little to be desired. I mean, you are personally in charge of almost every aspect of how you want to run your account, i.e. Icon, rune pages, masteries, what champ to play, what skin to use, what ward skin to use.

So with all this customization, why did Riot choose to only allow your most played champ to be displayed on your profile page?I don't think that it would be a hard change to allow players to choose which champ they want to be displayed and even allowing different skins for champs as well.

What does everyone else think about this?
