There is a certain draw to the potential of stacking champions. People do not play Nasus for his earlygame dueling potential (which happens to be nearly 0), they play him in hopes of stacking higher than ever and reaping the rewards for doing so. Six Champions currently offer a stack mechanic : Nasus Sion Bard Veigar Thresh Garen _ Here is my idea for the Seventh.

**Kodo mark IV: The Peacekeeper **

Kodo is the greatest work to ever be conceived and executed in Zuan. A team of Unnammed Hextech forgers and imburers created a machine that was promised to end all wars with its deployment. The first hextech automation that could train sleeplessly at the hilt of a sword. The mastery it achieved during its testing was nothing short of horrifying. Noxian high command purchased the Weapon with a massive estate on which the visionaries were given free access to any and all resources to continue their research. The Weapon was never deployed, as it was an endall that was never necessary to obtain victory. It is rumored that the Weapon impersonally named Kodo was in fact a farce and a mere scare tactic employed by the Noxian military to keep enemies from actively provoking war on their own soil. _ Passive: Peacekeeper Every 8 seconds Kodo is within 1500 units of an enemy champion but remains out of Champion combat, he gains Peacekeeper's Blessing; up to five stacks. Each stack grants Kodo 2g per five seconds. (maximum 2 gold per second.) Upon dealing damage to an enemy Champion, all stacks are lost.

Q: Twin Lash Kodo sweeps his blades, applying a bleed for 60/90/120/150/180 (+.6 AD) over 2 seconds. If the target has more %health than Kodo, the are slowed for 25% and Kodo heals for 60% of the damage dealt. Being struck by an ability reduces the cooldown of Twin Lash by 30%.

W: Hex AI Toggle: Kodo examines the weakness of his targets, causing him to deal 50% reduced damage but gains .55% attack speed whenever he kills a target. Passive: Kodo mark IV is unimpaired by flesh and may attack at a speed up to 5 times a second.

E: Third edge For the next 4 seconds, Kodo's gains 5% attack speed with each strike, limited to 50/60/70/80/90%. If the maximum attack speed reached Kodo gains a shield for 40/100/160/220/280 (+30% AP) which lasts 4 seconds.

R: Purge Kodo strikes target nearby unit with his augmented arm, dealing 160/260/360 (+1 AD) damage and roots as long as it remains embedded in the target to a maximum of 3 seconds. During this time Kodo may reactivate Purge to vault directly over the pinned target, dealing equal damage to and slowing by 20% enemies he lands on. While the target is rooted Kodo may use his other abilities, move and auto attack, leaving the range of the arm cancels the effect.

Why does his W Toggle have to make him deal 50% less damage? Other than that I give this Idea Draven /10.
