Imagine if he had a real VU.
Maybe he's the same kind of being Bard is, but a deviant. Both wear masks and have 3 fingers. Since they threw away the whole Institute of War lore thing, they can easily make his Lantern something he's always had. Maybe, since Bard's role is protecting ancient artifacts, Jax's role is to guide those worth of them and/or defend them from the baddies.

In the trailer he isn't even purple! He's more of a badass scarlet red.

They'll probably give him a VU when they finally decide who/what Jax actually is, which based on the pace of lore development could be several years out (not even joking).

) Need some LOVE! IMO, all those champs listed above need visual upgrade! (because they are 6 years old now)
I understand that updating champs need time, but if its too hard to give them a Sion-scale vu, just give them an Alistar or Singed or Maokai scale VU, but give them something, RIOT please
