Extend the range on Noc's ult!

I love playing Nocturne and went 15/4 with him yesterday, but I did notice that his ult range is way too small. I was going to gank bot and could barely get to the second bush without already being at the tier 1 turret. and I was trying to ult into dragon to steal but I had to be right at red buff to be close. Nocturne is very balanced and has lots of kill potential, but he can't get anywhere with his ult unless the location is right next to him.
