Two skin ideas I want more than anything, for champs I don't play

I'm not an artist, and these ideas have probably been thought of before, but nonetheless I think the'd be super cool thematically.

The first one would be vampress quinn, where she'd basically be a vampire and valor would be a giant vampire bat. Would look actually awesome having quinn carried around by a giant vampire bat, and if she had like a silver crossbow or something itd be a really cool skin with well done visuals.

The second one would be more of an April Fools skin. I really want to see tax man malzahar be a skin, just due to the malzahar tax and all the infamy that comes with the champion forcing you to spend 1300 gold. Would be really fitting thematically and would work perfectly for an april fools skin.

LMK your ideas on this, I'm not an artist so can't draw them, but thought thematically they'd fit really well.
