All we need to do is ask for a buff to fear but a nerf to the time of Fear.

What I would like to see is have it work with the passive.

Have it every first and third and possibly ninth passive slash in a AOE fear however, have it very short.

This will energizer with his ultimate combo and probably make plays go into damage instead of tank to get fear on targets.
