Champion idea Lady Phoenix (just a WIP name) - for Meddler

When I was sifting through the boards I found the thread about the "old lady" champion (figuring it was what inspired Camille's creation) and Meddler made a comment about a "harpy" concept for a champion so i decided to whip one up.
