This is why we need a preemptive way to kick people/restart a queue

Time and time again, I get these kind of people in my ranked queues. People that actually want to play the game should not have to choose to be either 1) proceed with playing anyway for an automatic loss and lose LP or 2) Dodge the queue and lose LP. Either way, you are going to be punished for something because of someone else that wants to ruin the game for everyone. And what happens to this guy? If they do go through with playing the game, he gets about 4 reports (not very likely your enemies will report him) and he just continues on to the next game to ruin it for those unfortunate souls.

Something needs to be done about this. There is definitely not enough. I'll admit, the rank restrictions are a step in the right direction, but how about we get some kind of preemptive measure? a way to vote to kick someone and restart the queue(also resulting in a report & sends the in queue chat to be investigated) so there's no negative consequences to the people that just want to play and have a good time or climb their rank.

Attached is a screenshot example of what I almost had to deal with. Thankfully someone dodged, but as I said. We should not be forced to get negative consequences because of these people that just want to ruin things for everyone else.

This is also one of the major problems with the promotion system. You get one of these guys in your promo series and all your work getting there immediately goes down the drain. It has happened to me more times than I care to even think about.

Sometimes I feel like Riot is okay with this because it keeps people spamming games, grinding, staying active, etc... I can see the logic behind it, I guess. If I reach whatever goal I set for myself and I'm satisfied with where I'm at in rank, then I'd probably be more likely to take a break, play another game, etc.. Might result in me spending less time on League, which means spending less money on League. Something to think about...

IMO, they should allow players who earn loss forgiveness tokens (much like earning rerolls for ARAM). Players could use them at their own discretion to negate games where they feel they lost unfairly. I wouldn't even mind if they prevented you from using them on promo series games, if they insist on keeping that stupid system in place.
