Rek'sai still has no 3rd skin in 4+ years?

Rek'sai is the only champion of her age to only have 3 skins. She's not even a champion that's never played, she's played occasionally in LCS and she usually has around a 4% pickrate. I also feel like a skin would get more people to play her and see how fun/good she actually is. I honestly don't understand why she hasn't gotten a skin at any point lately. Elderwood woulda been a decent skinline to go from. A star guardian villain type monster would haev also been a good concept for a skin. All I can do now is hope for maybe a Halloween skin or possibly Blood Moon cause I don't see any other skin event where Rek'sai cold get an event soon. I don't want 2 trollish skins in a row, given I do like pool party, but I don't want pool party AND snowday rek'sai and have Eternum as the only skin that really shows what Rek'sai is/represents.
