Riot?? Fiddlesticks??

So some champions are really good form preseason, including old champions! And some. . . Not so good/old champions have been neglected. Back around the beginning of 2017 a few champions were promised reworks, one of these champions being fiddlesticks. Fiddlesticks has been dipping between borderline above 50% and god awful- as low as BELOW 25%. When will he get something new? I have him mastery 7 and I don't even fill that optimistic to play him without losing to a MAJORITY of the other champions. You promised him a rework eons ago, please come through and update him- he's my favorite champion but he's super outdated. Or atleast vive him a small rework on his e and ultimate to make him actually useful, most of the time I'm playing this champion I feel like I can't even get a good ult 90% of the time so I have to just spam q and e in fights insted of using my "game-changing ulti". But when you get the good ults it's HUGE considering the scaling. But in the end, I don't like how linear/easy it is to shut him down and how outdated he is.
