So this is a rehash of an old concept, for those that remember Elysia. Most of her kit and lore is the same, with a bit of modernizing here and there. Feel free to leave your thoughts.

Audra, The Augmented Blade Type: Assassin Health: 580 - 1940 (+80) Health Regen: 7.4 - 20.15 (+0.75) Mana: 305 - 985 (+40) Mana Regen: 7.1 - 17.3 (+0.6) Range: 145 (Melee) Attack Damage: 51 - 119 (+4) Attack Speed: 0.640 (0% - 54.4%) (+3.2%) Movement Speed: 330 Armor: 25 - 76 (+3) Magic Resist: 30 (+0)

Passive

Amplify: When Audra casts an ability, she charges her next basic with electrical energy for 6 seconds, dealing an additional 5 (+5 x Audra’s Level) magic damage to the target. This passive goes on cooldown for 10/8/6 seconds after successfully activating.

Induction: Some of Audra’s abilities apply Induction, a passive debuff which activates when they are stuck by High Voltage. Each ability applies a different type of effect when activated.

Abilities (Q) Knife in the Dark: 60 Mana - 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 Cooldown Passive: Audra has increased vision range and movement speed in the brush, which persists for 2 seconds after she exits the brush. Active: Audra sneaks up on her target, entering becoming invisible for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. While invisible, she gains 25% bonus movement speed and her next basic attack reduces the target’s armor by 5%.

(W) Piercing Blade: 850 Range - 60/55/50/45/40 Mana - 24/20/17/14/11 Cooldown Audra throws a knife in a target direction, dealing 35/45/55/65/75 (+45% bonus AD) damage to the first enemy it hits. Audra receives an additional 10/15/20/25/30% movement speed after attacking which decays over 3 seconds. Enemies struck by Piercing Blade receive a stack of Induction, which deals 50/70/90 (+40% bonus AD) magic damage and stuns enemies for 1.3 seconds when hit by Voltaic Discharge.

(E) Deadly Snare: 400 Maximum Range - 45 Mana - 10/15/20/25/30% Slow - 27/24/21/18/15 Cooldown Audra sets up a wire across in a line from her position to a point of her choosing. After .5 seconds, the wire enters stealth. Her traps last 30/50/70/90/110 seconds and she can deploy up to 2 at a time. Enemy champions who walk over it are revealed and slowed for 1.7 seconds. Enemies caught in Deadly Snare receive a stack of Induction, which refreshes the slow's duration and deals 25/40/55 (+40% bonus AD) magic damage over that period of time when the enemy is hit by Voltaic Discharge.

(Ult) Voltaic Discharge: 130 Mana - 70/60/50 Cooldown Audra removers her limiters and releases a large surge of electrical energy, dealing 75/125/175 (+75% bonus AD) magic damage to those within 600 units of her.

Lore: Audra was once respectable Noxian guerilla soldier. Her career was filled with ambushes in the most adverse of terrain, decimating enemies that were twice the size of her own unit. Yet despite the cowardly nature of her normal strategies, she was well-respected in the ranks for her achievements. That all changed during one operation. While scouting a platoon of Demacia’s finest and organizing her squad’s strategy, she was ambushed by the Wings of Demacia. Amidst the fight, a hereditary disease surfaced. Her brain abruptly failed, leaving her defenseless as she struggled to move. Quinn left her for dead, failing to realize that this death-like state was an epileptic seizure.

Upon her return, she was dismissed from the Noxian military, considered a disgrace for failing to reign in this ailment. Furious, she departed her homeland and sought aid in Zaun. She spent her days living off of medications to stall the seizures while seeking the best possible route to permanently terminating this illness. Soon enough, she found a researcher who offered her a possible means to solve this problem. His theory was on the basis that an awkward electrical impulse would disrupt her brain’s activity, causing the occasional shut-down. To alleviate this issue, he grafted several nodes and a pacemaker which would monitor her neurological activity and supply corrective currents when her epilepsy struck.

The operation left her body scarred, but her resolve was bolstered. For his patient convinced him to go above and beyond his original plan. Rather than simply rectify her plight, the doctor augmented the nodes in her body, allowing her to generate and channel excess electricity as offensive energy. Audra would return to the Noxian military and continue to apply her old tricks while adapting to her newfound strength. However, she insisted on working alone and eventually became a renowned assassin, decisively taking out military leaders moments before the opposition was ready to mobilize. Now Audra seeks to eliminate Quinn, and prove to herself and the world that she cannot be bested.

“My scars serve as a testament: I refused to stay weak and be defeated by the body I was given.” - Audra

I like her kit and abilities, but the ultimate feels like any general ultimate I've seen, although I can see a reason why her ultimate is simple considering how it's just there to trigger W and E's bonus effect, but I wish it would be enjoyable by itself, so I'd change it, so it's telegraphed to the enemy if I were you and then add some more power to it. This revision will help add more impact to his ult while adding some kind of counter play, because so far the rhythm here is --> Got hit by W and E? --> Don't get 600 units near Audra.

I'd also like to note her first passive and how it has the same feeling as her ultimate:

Amplify: When Audra casts an ability, she charges her next basic with electrical energy for 6 seconds, dealing an additional 5 (+5 x Audra’s Level) magic damage to the target. This passive goes on cooldown for 10/8/6 seconds after successfully activating.

Right now her passive just seems like a damage boost to her next basic attack whenever she uses her ability, yet it feels so miniscule, and it doesn't scale with anything but level either. So just like her ultimate, it doesn't feel like a unique passive either. I'd suggest changing this passive or at least adding some scaling to it.

One last thing, I wanted to know why most of her kit deals magic damage but scales on attack damage which kinda seems strong and unneccasary since you'd have to build armor along with MR. Unless ... you're trying to make her a hybrid assassin then I can see why but you don't need to add AD scaling but AP scaling instead.

Over all, the rest of her kit flows very well, and the general direction of her kit is in the right direction ( an assassin who's able to kill people twice her size right ? ).
