Some Ideas for a champion all centered around gold.

Just had a random idea of a champion centered around gold farming even in the late game, and a good way to could be permanant stats like +5 armor or +X something, permanant, but it cost more than getting thoses stats on items. To take armor as an example it could be like 5 armor = 300 gold wich is 3 times the cost of armor on items. 3 times may be too much, and it will need realy good balance, twice the price is in my opinion too low, or the price is low in the start game and increases the more you buy the same and would be dissactivated for a time.

Don't have any realy good idea for his kit, but the champion needs to be viable in both AD and AP and can work as a tank but his kit is not made for it, a tank with the ability to gain a lot of damages with his tank items would be unpleasant to play, tank items are just too good for that where raw stats can't make such an op champ. If you don't make him a lethality viable kit or just ranged that can be a good idea for a new champion, we don't realy have gold oriented champions exept pirates (Gangplank Pyke TwistedFate), and they all three don't have this as a core element of gameplay.

The only champion a minimum close to that is GP with his ult upgrades, but they don't define the champion. It's strong, you need to work for it, but it's only your ult, your stuff don't go for your ult, it's a way to "build items".

The store can be so much more fun, and a champ like that will just be a little hard for new players on when to buy stats over items (wich will be after your items if it's not worth to buy in the start game), only 3 champions tweak the system by having unique items. Sounds like he'd be basically GP, in that he gains gold very quickly to scale into late game earlier, yet he would have things to dump his gold into once he reaches full build. I think it'd be damn near impossible to balance. You'd have this dude with full build at 35-40 minutes pretty consistently, purely off of farm. He would have stupid damage earlier than most, on top of dumping excess gold into tank stats.
