Gold runes may have to be changed no ?
#In the runes, the Gold per sec are pretty useless, not used but why would we get them out ? It's like spell vamp, Death time or XP bonus, but this rune can have a rework !
If you take all the gold runes it give +** 5.25g/10 sec so 31.5 g each min or 630 for 20 min**.
It take half of your runes for 630 gold at baron, it's super weak when you know that it's the price of a

Now if you make thoses runes #"Bonus gold on each minions killed" like a Twisted Fate it can be realy great !
When we take our base again (31.5g/min) to gold maker, 6 minions per 1min30 we have to make the runes give 5.25 x 1.5 = 7.875 gold bonus per minion.
Now per runes Yellow give 0.25 / 10 sec and Quints give 1 / 10 sec, so 1 yellow will give 0.375 / minion killed and Quints 1.5 / minion killed.
But if we take now the fact that kill a minion is more dificult than wait in base : #0.4 / minion killed and 1.6/ minion killed will be better.
And there is big minions that improve 6 to seven the minions per waves, so even more worth !
I don't know what could that change can do to the meta but it can be good. And even it don't work, only PBE can be changed to test first then Live servers ...

, 'safe' but not great. Like maybe something you pickup for a midgame carry or if you know you have a rough matchup you're not likely to win. But then usually defensive stat runes are the way to go there...so..likely they'll never be viable.
