Fishing Champion concept? Support/Jungler
Some sort of ancient fisherman with a powerful fishing rod?
(attack range similar to thresh)
Passive:Tasty fish- After standing in the river for a few seconds, the fisher will catch a fish and heal himself for x% of his max hp and attack damage
Q:Cast away (skillshot) The fisher throws out his hook, latching onto a target and dealing physical damage. If he has more AD that the hit target he will snare them for x amount of time If he has more AP than the target he will pull them towards him a short distance (kinda similar to Pyke)
W:Too big a fish! The fisher find out that he has caught a massive fish with an appetite for cursors, the fish will follow the cursor, dragging the fisher behind him.
E: Deadly Reef (aoe) the fisher disrupts a coral that (conveniently) is full of piranhas, dealing high physical dps and slowing enemies in the area for a few seconds. if he has more AD than AP, he will be healed for x% of the damage dealt during the duration of the spell when it finishes. if he has more AP then AD, enemies will be feared (from the centre of the reef)
R:(Unnamed) - The fisher would channel his rod for a few seconds, powering it up and when he finishes channelling, the river will start to flood over 15 seconds, the flood will eventually fill up the map (apart from the bases) then stay there for 5 seconds before draining back into the ground, enemies in the flood would take damage and be slowed, (more ap would make the flood spread out faster but it still lasts for the full 20 seconds)
If he was played as a jungler he would build AD and played more as a melee caster but if he was played as a support he could go AP and fear/hook opponents from a safe distance
Probably an idea that wouldnt work but I still think it would be cool to have it in the game and it might be too similar to nami and fizz
