The spectral marksman (Champion concept)

Since im terrible at writing, I will avoid a long lore. I want to focus on the abilities since I loved the idea I came up with for the champion abilities but havent really worked out the visuals yet.

Hopefully this champion will be tradtional ADC (Unlike a few new releases) who has the ability to sit back and deal incredible damage if he positions correctly without having to juggle 10 different weapons and hunt down the souls of everyone.

Design: The champion will be wielding a moonlit scythe and will be wearing a dark cloak/hood with some fancy runes.

Passive: Conjured Ammunition. When auto attacking, this champion will create a mystical scythe that will actually fire 2 second after being created. The scythe will act like a normal ranged auto attack and will indefinitely follow the targets. After the auto animation completes, he is free to move and begin another attack even while the projectile is charging up.

Q:Improvised Charge. 8 second cd across all ranks The champion releases a sudden, wide blast from his scythe in a direction that passes through everything it touches. When it hits an enemy, it deals damage to all enemies in an area around it and the blocked part is destroyed.

W:Rapid development. 14 second cd.

Passive:Attacking again while an auto is charging up will increase the champion's attack speed until he leaves combat with the target.

Active: For the next 4/5/6/7/8 seconds, all attacks are created twice as fast.

E:Controlled Power.: The champion can control his summons in 3 different ways (selected similarly to Twisted Fate's W) for a couple of seconds

Piercing Spirit: The summoned Scythes will go through their target to seek out the next one behind it (within close range) If it hits a 2nd target, 50% of the damage dealt to them is transferred to the first.

Loaded Trap: The scythes, rather than attack their original target, will stay on the spot until the effect ends. During the duration, when an enemy champion attacks this champion, all present scythes will begin travelling toward the attacker.

Ripped soul: The scythes roots targets hit for 0.25 seconds and increases the time of the next root during the duration by 0.05 seconds.

R: Moonview: 240/200/160 second CD For the next 4 seconds, this champion alone gets full vision and infinite attack range on enemy champions. Each attack on the same target does 25% reduced damage

Chances are im missing alot of things that would make this champion broken, or not work at all. I havent included many numbers since im terrible at balancing but I intend it to be similar to sivir, with massive teamfighting potential but all the damage is on a delay, which can lead to situations where enemies attacking will have 1 or 2 free seconds when this champion is unable to fight back before taking tonnes of damage when disengaging.
