Abilities:

-Passive [Pickpocket]: Next attack on a champion will steal 1% of their current coin amount. Every time Leonard gets 1000 gold, all ally champion will get +10 max life. Cooldown: 3 seconds -Q [Coin Chaingun]: Leonard's chaingun fires coins in a straight line that follows the cursor for 5 seconds and deals 5/6/7/8/9 damage for a total of 166/199/233/266/300 damage (+35% attack damage) Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Range: 950 Fire speed: 0.15 seconds

-W [Gold Rush]: Grants 18%/20%/25%/30%/35% attack speed and 8%/10%/15%/20%/25% movement speed to Leonard ( 13 12%/15%/20%/25%/30% attack speed and 6%/8%/12%/16%/20% movement speed to other ally champions) for the next 5 seconds. If Leonard hits an enemy champion 3 times he gets 20/25/30/35/40 coins ( if other ally champions hit an enemy champion 4 times they get 15/20/25/30/35 coins ) Cooldown: 30/28/26/24/22 seconds Range: 650

-E [Cash Fame]: Leonard throws out 25/30/35/40/45 coins making a smoke screen that hides ally champions that are in it for 3.8/4.1/4.4/4.7/5 seconds. Upon reactivation, heals all champions in it by 90/100/110/120/130 health (+15% attack damage) Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Range 950 Radius: 450 Cost: 25/30/35/40/45 coins

-R [Global Profit]: After channeling for 6/5/4 seconds heals all ally champions for 30%/45%/60% of their current coin amount (+1/1.2/1.4 health per 1 attack damage) and grants all champions 100/150/200 coins. For the next 7/8/9 seconds Leonard has increased armor and magic resistance by 125%. Cooldown: 160/145/130 seconds Cost: 100 coins

Woah. Ok. Don't mind me, I'll just be sitting over here, penniless.

Seriously, dude. Lifesteal? Ok. Spellvamp? Yep, if a bit annoying. Straight-up robbery? No. While this is a good idea, you need to think about how to play against it.

Exlampletory example: Le me, garen: hehheh DEMACIA life is good for good and bad for bad Le you, mr money: all your gold are belong to me Le me, garen: is stuck with starting items for entirety of game Le mid, mr mid: comes and ganks you Le mid, mr mid: gets murdered while being robbed

Why does his passive give him 0.1% of their current gold, that seems a bit small as for him to get 5 gold the person would need to have 5000 gold. I don't know where I would take this guy, probably jg, as he has a heal and he doesn't have hard cc. What I would build would probably just be full attack speed and get a frozen mallet just to take advantage of his w and passive.

My problem is that he would have get past early game as a support, his 2 support like abilities that aren't his ult cost way to much gold for early game use. he would be absolutely useless until he had 1500 gold in the bank which as a support is very difficult. In the jungle though his gold per minute would be higher and you could take advantage against the slow and predictable monster camps although he still wouldn't be able to use his w until like the 5 minute mark.

So all in all I would say nerve the gold cost on his abilities and maybe change up the robbing theme as you know what happened to Graves his cigar will be missed.
