Yorick reform really needed?

I don't think it was time to end Yorick. Although not used often when used was a strong tank with some heavy moves, he had life steal ghouls and an ultimate to keep you or a teammate going. the many times I had played with him pre-rework I had done very well and was surprised to see that he was getting a rework, I never really saw him in games (other than when I played him) but that was only since there were rumors that he wasn't a good champion. Garen can destroy tanks in lane and out of it but he can barely even TOUCH Yorick, Yorick basically counters him. Yorick was a hidden gem and a denounced gem he was very strong but he required lots of skill. In the end I really am somewhat unhappy with the Yorick rework but I like that there getting more element into the game and keeping him with ghouls even if they aren't his original.
