Fiora being able to parry summoner spells like ignite, exhuast, and smite to me is technically OP.

Can win teamfights by himself late game.
Need either his damage or his tankyness nerfed. He does way too much damage for being incredibly hard to kill.

Devourer needs to take longer to reach Sated. If they did that, it would fix several junglers.
Is probably the tankiest champ in the game and does INSANE damage with hard CC.

There are a few champions that are brokenly overpowered, vastly outstripping the alternatives in terms of success vs. risk/effort put in. Vayne, Yasuo, Kalista, Lee, Riven, Darius, Gangplank, Mordekaiser, etc. There is never a point where picking these characters would be disadvantageous... they are unequivocally superior to the alternatives barring extremely specific scenarios. (A case can also be made for Elise, Lulu, Gnar and Thresh but not as much)
Riot loves these characters so unlike your Sion, Evelynn, Cassiopeia, Sejuani , etc... they will not get nerfs. Maybe some small love taps , but never a real nerf. Could you ever see a Worlds team select : Cass mid, Rammus jungle, Sion top, Taric and Varus bot lane ? no, you would never see that team in a million years (with this current patch)
all ad-caster-bruisers(like lee, vi, j4, wu and shit like zed) for obvious reasons (except for kha, at least when kha doesnt build bruiser). ad the ultra horribly designed fizz and gragas(just remove this shit, his mere exsistence takes value from every other champ lorewise on top of his op kit) to that and round it out by reducing the time yasuo can hold onto his knockup, at least for the first 9 or so levels.
