Idea for Chroma Packs

Since Chroma Packs are basically recoloring the champion and don't take too long to do I have an idea so that way everyone can get them. When you reach a certain level of champion mastery with a champion you gain their chroma pack OR you get an exclusive skin which is only available to that champion of that mastery rank. This does not have to be it's own skin but rather just another chroma or maybe their is a special taunt/joke/dance they unlock with that level. Nothing too much just to really show that you love that champion.
