Abilities

Passive [Thunder Strike]: After hitting an enemy with 2 abilities, the next basic attack against them deals 10 - 50 (based on level) (+12% AP) bonus magic damage and stuns them for 0.8 seconds. Cooldown: 10 seconds for each enemy

Bonus movement speed (from items, runes and masteries) increases all abilities range. (doesn't count bonus movement speed from the fountain) Basic attacks: Range increased by 0.25 for each 1 bonus movement speed (can't exceed 575 range). Q: Range increased by 0.5 for every 1 bonus movement speed. W: Range increased by 0.75 for every 1 bonus movement speed. E: Radius increased by 0.5 for every 1 bonus movement speed.

Q [Electricity Ball]: Summons a ball of electricity at the target location. The ball increases in size for 4 seconds. Upon reactivating or waiting 5 seconds, the ball comes back dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+15% AP) magic damage up to 90/150/210/270/330 (+55% AP) magic damage to all enemies hit. Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Range: 300 Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 mana

W [Speed of Sound]: Dashes to the target location, dealing 20/50/80/110/140 (+22/24/26/28/30% AP) to the enemies he passes through. The next ability will be empowered, stunning enemies hit by 0.75 seconds and granting a spell shield for 2 seconds that blocks the next ability. Cooldown: 17/16/15/14/13 seconds Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Range: 650

E [Lightning Shock]: Deals 25/45/65/85/105 (+15% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and increases the duration of all stuns on enemies (that are stunned by Enelyos) by 200% (explanation: if the ability is used while the enemy is stunned, it increases the duration). Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds Radius: 575 Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana

R [Thunder of the Gods]: Sends a thunder at the target location, that deals 50/100/150 (+25/30/35% AP) magic damage to all enemies hit. This ability has 3 uses. After the first use, the ability goes on a 20/16/12 second cooldown, after the second use, the ability goes on a 60/50/40 second cooldown and after the third use, the ability goes on a 100/95/80 second cooldown. Range: Global Damage Radius: 190

W is so overloaded man. A blink, invuln, stun, damage dealing skill all in one? Bit too much. Also if he "blinks" he wouldn't technically pass through any units, he would just disappear and reappear. It would need to be a dash to have the damage upon pass through component you seem to be looking for. But honestly its just way too much going on with it.
