Why isn't there a Teemo Satan skin yet?

I mean, Teemo being Satan is not a new concept. In fact it may be almost as old as the game itself.

The idea is so cliché that just about anyone who plays Teemo would buy it and use it.

Riot would make a crapload of money off of it.

It just doesn't make sense why they have not created it.

Imagine it, this little red version of Teemo running around with a pitchfork. His darts would be on fire. His shrooms would be something like little pentagrams or perhaps demonized minions who sit there and blow up when the enemy gets close.

TL;DR (you lazy people) There should be a Teemo Satan, The Lord of Evil Skin
