When you are playing with a friend who sucks...

THANK YOUUU. My friend isn't really bad at the game, although his mechanics are dubious. But he knows how to play pretty well and does well relatively often. But damn if he isn't toxic. He's literally negativity personified. But i've known him for half my life and its hard to turn him down w/out sounding like a douche lmao.

I've told him his flaws and what to do but he gets really defensive even if i sugar coat it. I can't bring myself to just tell him "You suck I can't play with you anymore" T_T send hep

that is much nicer than my friend who believes that afk farming as udyr is the only/best way to win ranked Then I play 1 yasuo game in ranked, yasuo is one of my most played champs btw. Lane is going fine I gave up 1 kill to lux but am still able ot bully her. Then after 10 minutes. I am constantly towerdove by the lee sin, the lux, and the bot lane. My friend tells me, Ok you are about to see the reason why i don't gank for you even if you are 1 v 4. Then he gets 1 v 1'd by the nasus who was behind in lane. But it's still apparently my fault! because i couldn't 1 v 4 for 20 minutes and it's not because he afk farmed the whole game and ended up failing to carry which is the whole reason why he afk farms.

Sometimes it can be worth it to sweeten the sting a bit though, just so they take your advice more willingly.

Yeah, tell them they suck like a friend, not a condescending jerk. if they're a real friend, they'll understand "you suck" is just somehow being helpful.

I tell them "You gargle, rinse and swallow." Of course, one of my friends is gay in the Skype call and asks if my other friend is available.
