Some Skarner ideas to give him a boost without changing too much.

Hello! These are just a few ideas I believe would help out our crystal friend. Looking for feedback on them!

1. Add a weaker spire to the top and bot side areas to give Skarner ways to contest lanes. Pretty self explanatory, would allow him to be able to have some more power in lanes while not being too strong, specificly reduce the mana recovery and attack speed he gets while in these smaller spires.
2. Make Skarners shield give him a short burst of movement speed when broken. It always bothers me how Skarners shield is so small compared to the likes of Garen, so my solution is not to buff the shield, but to give him a burst of movespeed to reposition when it is broken.

Anyway those are my ideas, hopefully not too intrusive, but some small changes to give him a boost. Looking forward to any feedback. Thank you for reading!
