Idea about new fiddlesticks E

Ok so from what i know fiddlestics is gettin reworked,so i got out of sudden an idea about his new e Basically his e will have a similiar visual effect of the current e but instead of a point and click skill will be a skillshot. Fiddlesticks will aim in a location and throw 4 ravens.The area of the dmg will be similiar to Swain's q (a bit bigger and wider)but its raven we have a very small hitbox like a line so enemy players will be able to dodge it as counterplay (just like tf cards).Also because ravens fly minions wont be affected by them and when an enemy chmpion is hit he will get silenced just like in his old (current for now kit).Do you think such ability would be balanced PS: sry for the awful drawing :DDDDDDDDD
