I cant hear the sound effects of lol client plus friend list is bugging

I can hear everything while in game but when waiting for a game i can hear only the voice chat,I cant hear the sound effect when i find a game or the sound effects in hectech crafting also .the friend list is closing and opening by itself.Is it a bug or i can somehow fix it Please help
