Allow custom games the ability to reset your own cooldowns, set gold amounts and set levels.

So say you create a custom game with yourself and a buddy because you wanna practice dodging skills like jihns ult, practice flashing over walls, ect. Having the option to lower your own cooldowns or set gold amounts, would allow you to even practice dueling at particular parts of a match up at different levels without needing to wait say 15-20 min for you to scale to that point.

Other games like CSGO and RTS games have this ability to set money or other preferences
