It's a great skin but since it is somewhat close to the Heartseeker line I feel like it should have more to it. Things such as Pink Fire or A heart Shaped Q,W or E or when Tibbers spawns little hearts are floating around him.

it's a 750 skin, I'm surprised they even changed Tibbers.
