Koram - The Parkour Master

The Story:

Koram once was a man thrown down a dry well for treason. Miraculously, he survived. After months of cold, wet darkness, he finally climbed out. Living off of moss between the bricks has made him slightly insane...

Koram would be League's first Champion focused more on mobility than strength/health. He would be difficult to play, and could be played as a Support, Sneak Attacker, or just plain old Do Damage and Run.

Abilities:

Passive: Airborne Attack Koram can run up the back of an ally and kick off of their head, giving him Airborne and giving him a short 1.5 second speed boost when he hits the ground, but this does not effect the ally, due to trolling potential.

Q: Bounce Back Koram would become Airborne and fly backwards a short distance. Upgrades allow the bounce to do damage (30 life for 1st upgrade) on contact. Cost: 35 Mana. Cooldown: 4 sec.

W: Wall Run Koram can run slightly faster on a wall for up to 3 secs. and can kick off and elbow an enemy (100 damage) at any time. Upgrades add .8 secs. to the length of the run. Cost: 15 Mana per sec. Cooldown: 3 sec.

E: Adrenaline Rush Koram gets boosted Speed, Damage, and Mana Regen for 4 secs. Upgrades boost damage and add .5 secs to the buff time. Cost: 75 mana.

R: Mach 1 Koram gets 300% Movement Speed, more damage, and the ability to instantly teleport recalling allies back (He could only do this once every 3 secs). It lasts 7 secs. Upgrades increase duration by 1 sec. Cost: 110 Mana.

Koram would have about 1100 health, go slightly faster than Lee Sin, punch as fast as Shaco, and deal 22 damage.
