The Story:

Wralan was once a normal person, but then he was messaged by Heimerdinger to test a prototype flying drone. He flew it so well that Heimerdinger built him a custom one. He has been receiving replacements ever since.

Wralan would be played as a long-range spy who hid in the bushes/ his spawn and would fly a spy drone around. However, the drone could not shoot without him using an ability, so unless the player was truly really good at flying the drone/being player friendly, they might get a kill/get GG. By the way, the drone can display emotes too. It would unfortunately have a signal range of 1/2 the map.

Passive: Wralan automatically summons a drone after 21 seconds of not having one. It could fly around the map, controlled with Alt, and reveal a 90 degree area in front of it from that darkness where nobody on your team is. It would have 300 health and would go about as fast as Teemo.

Q: Scan Wralan's drone scans an area, exactly like a Sweeping Lens Trinketitem 3348 . Upgrades increase radius. Cost: 30 Mana. Recharge: 14 secs.

W: Intercept Wralan receives a couple words of enemy chat. Upgrades give more words. Cost: 4 seconds of the Silenced debuff and 80 mana. 5 minute recharge.

E: Blast The drone shoots a 350 damage bomb straight forward. Upgrades increase damage by 50. Cost: 95 Mana. Recharge: 30 sec.

R: Perception Wralan's drone can detect and name sounds from everywhere, revealing noisemakers with echolocation and pinpointing them on the map. Lasts 8 secs. Upgrades increase duration. Cost: 130 Mana. Recharge: 2 mins.

Wralan himself would have 800 health and be about as fast as Shaco. He would do 50 damage per punch. Wralan's drone would be shot by towers. If it bombed a tower, the tower would instantly retarget it, even if it was shooting a champion.

I feel like the W is more of a gimmick and should be like send a drone in an enemy ping direction if you want to keep that concept or should be turn like an Ashe Hawkshot.

The most interesting part of this kit is probably the R, but it's really not terribly different from a nerfed TF ult. Interaction with aerial drones is something that I've seen at least twice before now, and it always seems very gimmicky.
