planning to create a creation champ (more info in desc)

hello, im planning to make a concept and since some of my others like sgt auto got real bad review so i decided to make a post and let the league community decide the base format of what this new champion could be, example: sgt auto was a champion that had a very powerful large weapon and a pistol that could get attachments like viktor, so lets say like: "he should be a tank support!" or "he should be a tanky assasin!" and "he should use AD in his abilitys" maybe even "he should be highly mobile!"
