chai'sho - the thunders wrath

this char is one I recently put some time into thinking of I don't have a picture to show because he's an idea I kinda thought of

ima start with his lore because his ability's a new maybe OP or maybe UP idk im also open to changes and suggestions so have at me with your idea's

lore

in a land not know to runeterra valoran or any lands, this land is not on any maps but its own... there was a civilization of people with special powers depending on what house they were born into... the houses had a last name that identified what house the child was from... the sho's being the house of thunder being able to control thunder storms themselves without problems...

hark's being able to control gravity around them at will but they started with short ranges and as they grew up they would be able to control gravity farther away

chi's being able to control fire fluently they could summon a flame with just a part of they're energy...

cho's had the ability to form mountains and control the land itself considered kings by the weak and tyrants by the strong...

kio's could control water, causing massive floods and tsunamis at will they were considered one of the most dangerous out of the other houses

zei's had the ability to cause explosions they made they're own style that would finish with them grabbing the head of they're enemy and using they're explosive energy to instantly kill they're foe by causing they're head to completely explode, the chi's mimicked this but instead used it to basically incinerate the foes head entirely causing great pain

but back to the youngest child in the sho house...

chai 'sho was considered the runt of his house almost constantly getting into trouble... the other kids strayed away from him for the sho's were the most deadly out of the other houses because electricity can only be stopped by something that doesn't conduct... what was even more dangerous was that they had banished the wood masters named the gho house who were the only ones that could defeat a sho safely... they were banished before the sho even formed and are considered to be dead...

soon the people caused a revolt and attacked the sho house forcing them into deaths door... now deaths door was a place considered to lead to hell itself... chai 'sho remained hidden and grew up as mostly a pickpocket steal to survive, eventually he was caught and they intended to execute him in the most inhumane and painfully slow way they could... he was given such a punishment just for being born into the sho's because they were considered deadly and ruthless all the villagers hated them, but the sho's like every family had a secret skill different in each member... for chai, it was called thunders wrath... when he sensed danger and death close by he would summon a massive storm that would kill and destroy anything he considered his enemy or what would cause his death to protect himself... when his skill awakened he didn't remember anything.... he found himself on a beach... the only thing he could think about to remember was what he was and where he came from... he knew wherever he went.. death and desolation would follow... he wandered to almost every land known to this strange place... only then did he find Ionia and he was fascinated by they're culture and by they're customs he thought he found the one place he could actually belong... a place that had no hatred or class... he eventually found the league of legends and attempted to join thinking he could find out what he had forgotten and make new goals and train to find the potential of his ability's...

ability's

> passive chai sho activates thunders wrath when he drops under 20% hp dealing massive AP damage until he dies or his condition get better(if his health raises above 20% this passive goes on cooldown for the same amount of his ability's combined cooldowns, if he dies, this cooldown is reset 50\100\200 this passive does not level up this is just the damage it does as chai 'sho's health drops 50 being 20%, 100 being 10%, and 200 is less than 10% > Q chai 'sho generates energy causing his next skill to reduce the cooldown of all his ability's including passive by a small amount and causing his next skill to inflict a shocking gift shocking gift chai 'sho's next skill inflicts shocking gift which deals magic damage until the target dies chai 'sho dies or a healing effect is applied this does not stop recalls to allow the victim to decide whether to use a healing item or spell or ability, or leave the lane to recall and remove the effects.. this allows chai 'sho to own his lane as long as he lands his next ability... the effects of shocking gift can be stopped by shields like braums or any sort of ability that has its own health bar and can be destroyed like yoricks small circle of walls that can be destroyed... if the ability hits one of these examples it applies the effects to the shield and grants the ability to move threw what it hit but no more than that, if this ability hits after shocking gift is damaging a object that I let the skill pass threw this passive is not activated on the victim of the skill and they take the skills on hit effects without shocking gift... the damage ratio is 10\20\30\40\50 this passive scales with AP

> W chai 'sho forms a small bolt in his hand and throws it, dealing large AP to the first enemy hit and causing them to be slowed and he gain vision of the enemy, if the enemy is hit by another one of chai 'sho's ability's they are rooted and take a short but painful poison effect causing them to take 10\20\40\60\80 and 10\20\40\60\80 for 3 seconds in rapid amounts, chai' sho deals guaranteed crits till this ability ends

> E chai 'sho uses electrical currents to make him move faster when near living things and after a short time of leaving creatures like minions and champions he loses this effect and gains his normal movespeed this is a passive and activating this ability allows him to move keep this passive and go anywhere he wants and keep the move speed until the ability is gone all immobilizes stop this ability (roots,stuns,silences,slows,knockups)

> R chai 'sho unleashes the sho house's greatest power... causing a MASSIVE storm that covers the whole map except for the spawn fountains dealing 200\400\600 that scales with AP the only way to not take damage from this storm is to make yourself untargetable like fizz's E or escaping to your spawn fountain...

Passive - I'm assuming massive means 75 - 100% AP this might be too much

Q - passive a small amount meaning 2 - 5 seconds?

Active seem fair enough not to be over powered

W - I would add some flat damage and lower AP to medium amount

E - is good. Is it a passive or an active?

R - how long does the storm last?

Over all not bad, not bad at all

The passive is pretty good, but how is the damage dealt? Is it an AOE or does he just do increased damage?

Isn't his q just absolutely insane? If you land it on someone they are forced to leave lane or just take continuous damage. It would need an extremely high cooldown or very low AP scaling to be balanced.

His W is well made, but maybe a slow would be better instead of a poison.

The E is pretty bland. If I read it correctly all it is is a movespeed boost.

Isn't the ult just a Karthus ult with extra flavor?

Overall I was pretty confused by the focus of the champion, like where he would be played or what his role is. Is he ranged or is he melee? Is he AP? Then why does his W give him crit? A champion should have a central playstyle before adding in other ways to play him/her/it. Overall it's a good idea but it's lacking a central focus.
