Champion concept Maribel ( Not finished )

Maribel Age: 14 Gender: Female Hair: Light green Eye color : Pinkish red Role: Support/Mage Personality : She has a split personality. she can be very docile and calm. But get very sadistic at random moments. This could be caused by her traumatic experiences in noxus.

Story ( Not finished ) : Born an orphan, Maribel never knew her origins. She was left at a Demacian orphanage. There she was seen with a small sparkle of light on her chest. They wanted to make sure she did not harm anyone before they knew her origins.So they kept her isolated. As she get older she realized she had no one. No friends or family. It caused her to grow hatred and sadness. She cried and that's when something happen'd . A huge manifestation in the air. A glowing white orb was in front of her. Her caretaker was walking inside her room and was in shock. So she informed the others. Maribel was interrogated. Of course she never knew anything about what happen'd. So she had no information to give them. She was put into a jail cell, At-least that's how she saw it. It was a fairly comfy room. But she was locked inside. Of course you can't keep information hidden for so long. The Noxians found out about her powers. She hear'd a sound outside the window. It shattered, It was a Noxian. He told Maribel that he could help her control her powers, in exchange for freedom. Maribel thinking the Demacian were imprisoning her, Accepted it. And she was taken. There she was told of lies and fake promises. And that is where she started training. Her manifestation of her soul grew. Bigger then her in fact. She was set for countless B rated missions. Where her entire life with the Noxians was based all on lies.

Maribel rides on top of her soul.

Abilities - I'm not good at all this Ap ratio and % stuff so i'm just gonna put % of her Ap ratio and roll with it.

Passive - Fear frenzy: Maribel has a 3rd bar that stacks every time she basic attacks. At 10 stacks Maribel's next basic attack will deal an additional 10 ( up to 50 damage at level 16 )and fear the enemy for 0.75 seconds. At level 6 her fear last 1 second. And at level 16 1.57 seconds. ( 20 second cooldown * Based off cdr* Max 10 seconds cooldown at max cdr )

Q - Soul Burst : Maribel creates a split personality of her soul that she throws forward exploding on impact and slowing for a % of her Ap. ( Re- activating the ability before it explodes will change the effect to silence the enemy for 1/1.27/1.45 seconds at all ranks. But will reduce the slow effect. )

W - Mana Aura: Passive : Maribel Re-Gains 1 mana every auto attack. 2/3/4 at max ranks. Active: Maribel creates a aura around her that helps her and nearby allies regen mana. 15 plus a % of her ap ratio mana per-second. For 3 seconds at rank 1. 20 mana and 5 seconds at max rank.

E - Pitiful dreams : Maribel snaps her fingers creating an instant attack speed and base damage boost for herself based off her AP ratio. Near by allies gain a small amount of the attack speed buff. And only an extra 10 base damage boost. (Last 3/4/5 seconds at max ranks ) ( Base damage boost 10/12/15/20 at max ranks)

R - Voodoo tethering : Maribel tethers 2 enemy's together. Causing them to be connected with each other. Any damage or crowd control that the other one takes, Both will take the damage and any other effects. (Last 3 seconds - 4 seconds at max rank)
