Rammus and Akali bug?

I have no proof of video or picture evidence of this happening. i have a ok computer, but if i try to record my games i will get a really bad fps drop. So i'm really sorry about the no evidence thing :(... But anyway. I was in a game with a friend and he was playing Rammus. When he ganked my lane he taunted the enemy Akali and for some reason she kept running? I know that when Rammus taunts the enemy should run to Rammus not away. I think she used her ult at the same time Rammus used his taunt. So it bugged out? It went like this. Rummus used his Q to roll. Then as soon as he hit akali and taunted her. She just kept walking away from him. Even to i saw the taunt indicator on her. This was a level 6 gank and she did not have a Qss
