they really havent stated anything about him, other than he was put on hold because the game couldnt work around him or something like that! granted this was before they been upgrading their game, like with the update for Summoner's Rift. so like i said they havent said anything recently. im sure he will come out eventually, probably not any time soon, but i wouldnt be surprised if they are waiting for some type of event.
