A Rival for Draven

The heating system seems to have problems with him being an adc and such.

However what is cool is the lore. I don't give af about what his kit. I just want Draven to have a rival. He's so popular so naturally a character whose sole purpose is to get revenge on everyone's favorite cocky champion, would be a success as well.

He wouldn't have to be limited to an adc or anything. And I don't really have too many ideas for a kit. I just want a Draven rival. Most people have a rival. Draven does not. Wtf.
