The Client

I have spotty-ish internet sometimes. I hardly play ranked and play with friends most the time just in case for some reason I am lagging or DC. This hardly happens though on my end. However, anytime the client gets any drop in MS at all, it disconnects me from all chat services and will stop me from picking champs, entering a game, opening loot, or really anything inside the client. The game plays fine, if I can get the application open and working long enough to get into a game lol. I have tried a client repair and that did not work. Most people probably have better internet than I do currently as I live in a small town. However I have been playing for 6 years and this is just a recent issue for that last few months.
