Kled

To any/all rioters who worked on Kled, did you base him at all off of Yosemite Sam from looney toons? a good fellow and I are having a debate, I notice a lot of similarities myself... And if you didn't DIRECTLY base him off sam, did you at least have him in the back of your mind(s) while making him (including taunts, jokes, other quotes, and story)?
