Why is Pulsefire Ezreal disabled? o.o
Yeah why is it disabled? :o I wanted to play Ez, but now I don't because the skin is disabled.

If you played on PBE in the recent cycle, there was a hilarious bug with the skin. It was actually pretty bad as well. Basically, his walking animation became faster and Ezreal's portrait became a white square.
