Disappointing

I literally climbed out of bronze 4 last season to silver 3... and you literally "soft reset" me all the way back to bronze 2. I honestly don't like you guys right now. That's not soft resetting anything. A friend of mine wins 2 games in placement, and gets back to where he was, as to I who won more and actually went on a win streak in placements, and gets seated in b2. Extremely aggravated on all of this.
