Riot Want a New and Cool Idea for a Champion?

Have you ever played against a super long range crazy damage dealing mid laner ( talking to you )? And after you spam all your abilities trying to hit the mid laner with all your skill shot powers to the point where you have no mana to spam anymore abilities? Well this is a perfect and new way to stay in lane longer but with a cost, literally. A mid laner who uses many variety of her (I say her because i would prefer a her if made) custom made weapons that uses in-game money instead of the typical mana or energy, of course the cost wont be much. With her abilities using coins means she does more damage since its for a cost. Her weapons include a gun with explosive shots with coins spurting out, coin bombs, and her custom made coin blade to get up right into the enemy's face.
