Ionia Master Yi Animations

Well, since usually skins would change the color or look of the affect, why not do the same with Master Yi skins? Like when master Yi uses his Q, instead of the yellow dash marks, why not red or blue ones depending on the skin? Same with his W, it's always green. Why Won't RITO change them?
