Taric need reworking

Seen few people playing him, and the few times that i manage to seem them play him it never went well, Taric's kit just doesn't seem to have the magic that it used to have after all these changes to old and new champions, and with new champions coming out with ways to counter play a stun taric's means to much of anything is left hanging out in the baron pit, its just a feeling but i think taric's ability's should be rehashed like they did Sion's, hes a old champion that I feel has been put in the bottom of the metaphoric champion bag of who to choose, back in season 2 i remember Taric support making awesome stuns and plays, but now with thresh, leona, and other supports being tweaked and strengthed his means of supporting are just not as capable as they used to. and people will argue he is still very strong but only to those that have main-ed him long enough to know every in and out of how to build and play him, but i feel he needs reworking so its easier for more then just the pro's who play him to understand, so the not pro's/proffecional can play him so their are more verity again to pick for supporter champs.
