spent the last week or so talking with the league support and they found out my account was double tapped for the same punishment causing a perma ban, and that goes against their system, so they reset it back to the first punishment that i was suppose to have 14 day suspension, so im glad i took the time to check everything and managed to get things sorted out, but this event proves that the tribunal system does have faults and should be re-managed/overhauled.
You were not double tapped for one punishment, you were excessively abusive two games in a row which caused you to receive a 2-week suspension from the first, and while that was processing you played another game escalating it to a permanent suspension.
The support agent was nice to give you the benefit of the doubt and a final chance to improve given your behaviour, so please take it seriously.
Guess it proves you should at least ask when you get banned for them to check it to be sure.
Yeah the system does have it's flaws. But they are redoing the Tribunal after they finish the new champ select.
Yeah... sounds like you should (and will be) perma-banned soon.
And you're wrong about that failing. I've seen plenty of people post about how much less toxic they got after a perma-ban.
