Hiesin - "It Kills to be Lucky" Sovereign Of Luck

** Passive - Diemaster [Reworked]

For the sake of simplicity Hiesin's passive she wields 3 sided dice.

Every 3 auto attacks on a champion Diemaster activates. A small die icon will hover over Hiesin's head.

If a dice is thrown the number will match the number Diemaster shows If Hiesin rolls lands 2 ones (o) - the the attack will poison enemies. 2 threes (@) - doubles cooldown reduction of skills 2 sixes (*) - are stunned.

Q [Reworked]- Rolls a die at a target location. Hiesin can store a pair of die. - 50 Mana The die bounces 3 times. If not under the effects of Diemaster, the die's first bounce will be randomly selected.

If her second die is active then -10% magic dmg on consecutive hits.

When activated, the 3 following bounces will cause an area to become a Sweat Spot imbued with the following:

If the die rolls a: 1o - die bounces inside area causes minor aoe Explosions (base dmg + aoe magic dmg) 3@ - Cooldowns are for all her skills (-cd on skills including this one) 6* - enemies are stunned for 0.5s

All rolls are random unless modified by Diemaster or Tilted Chances.

W - Tilted Chances - Can be activated twice within 3 seconds - 40 Mana

Hiesin can activate this skill to direct the roll of her dice to a nearby position on the field. When the die is directed, the numbers are casted on the field in a medium sized circle. (Like Talias skill)

Once an area has been casted a number, it stays that number for 20s. (When a roll hits that circle itll be a gauranteed # with a certain effect)

This ability allows you to see the next number about to be rolled in the skill slot.

E - Joue - [Reworked] - 90 Mana

Hiesin takes a ride on nearby allies and minions, randomly bouncing on enemies and allies heads while remaining untargetable in a direction for 1.5s. During this effect Hiesin may use her skills. Hiesin can activate this ability again to leap to a nearby location and gaining a burst of movement speed

R - Ale ti Vandria - [Reworked] - (Wide-Rectangular Skill Shot) - 100 Mana

Hiesin recalls her die and throws them into the sky. After Q cannot be used while this skill is active. She summons two meteor like dies from the sky that land and immediately bounce simultaneously whilst dealing equal magic dmg and applying a superior version of the die rolls effects.

Superior 1 - True dmg dot Superior 3 - Cooldowns are reduced x 4 Superior 6 - Enemies inside are knocked up

_While this ability is active Hiesin can uses Tilted Chances. When this skill is on cooldown, Hiesin's die return to her and can use Q again. Hiesin must be in range of Supreme Dies to use Tilted Chances.

How To Play Hiesin

She works by working on areas on the playing field and targeting her skills within them to.

Her ultimate lands and immediately triggers a Superior Effect.

She requires a lot of consideration whilst playing and attention to her die effects.

I'm having issues figuring out how this champion plays in-game. Two skills in particular are bothering me immensely. Firstly, the E feels really out of place. Could you please explain your reasoning for this skill? Secondly, the R does not feel like an ultimate skill. It feels like a passive skill that should have been a basic ability.
